A: Yes. Our online website monitoring agents are neutral and monitor your website remotely and externally from your network and do not require any software or setup install.

3) How many website/URL's can I have monitored?
A: As many as you need. Based on your website monitoring service plan selected.

4) How many website monitoring plans does Central Metrics offer?
A: We offer the following website monitoring plans: 1. FREE website monitoring for up to 3 website/URL's 2. SMB Lite: Up to 15 Website/URLs for 4.95/mo (schedule: every 5, 10, 15, 30, 60 minutes) 3. SMB Medium: Up to 35 Website/URLs for 17.95/mo (schedule: every 5, 10, 15, 30, 60 minutes) 4. SMB Advanced: Up to 50 Website/URLs for 34.95/mo (schedule: every 1, 5, 10, 15, 30, 60 minutes) 5. 5) What time intervals and schedules are available?
A: 1. For the FREE website monitoring accounts the following time intervals are available: Every 30 min. 2. For small and medium customers we offer the following monitoring time intervals: Every 5 min, 10 min, 15 min, 30 min and 60 min. 3. For large and enterprise customers we offer an additional time interval: 1 min, 5 min, 10 min, 15 min, 30 min and 60 min. (for most demanding websites which even the smallest disruption of service counts for their SLA)
